If you / your friends / relatives are coming as refugees to Mallorca, to assist them with refugee applications and temporary accommodation, please get in contact with the Red Cross (Cruz Roja / Creu Roja) Organization, so they can prepare the accommodation before your/their arrival.

Please call +34 611 353 372 from 17:00 to 19:00 and provide the information: Full Name, number of people, arrival date.

Upon arrival you’ll need to register with the Policia Nacional.
